Privacy policy
Rising Lamp (“the game”) is a one-tap duel game for phones made by Tunakat (“we”, tunakat.com). This policy explains what information the game and the services it uses collect, why, and the choices you have.
In short
- The game has no accounts. It never asks for your name, email address or contacts.
- Your progress is saved on your phone.
- The game uses Google Firebase to see how the game is played, to receive crash reports and to adjust game settings, and Google AdMob for optional reward videos.
- Where the law requires it (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent first, and Options › Privacy choices lets you change your answer at any time.
Saved on your phone
Your progress (best stage, glims, packed buffs, daily video claims) and your settings are saved on your phone only. They are deleted when you uninstall the game.
Collected by the services the game uses
Google Analytics for Firebase
What: how the game is played (for example runs started and ended, stages reached, glims earned and spent, buffs used, reward videos offered and watched), an app instance identifier, your device model, operating system version, app version, language, approximate location (country or region, derived from your IP address) and your device's advertising identifier.
Why: to understand which parts of the game work, and to balance it.
When: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only after you consent; elsewhere from the first launch.
Firebase Crashlytics
What: when the game crashes or hits an error: the technical details of the crash or error, your device model, operating system version, app version, the device's state at the time (such as free memory), the game's state (such as the stage and the boss) and its most recent events, and a Crashlytics installation identifier.
Why: to find and fix crashes and errors, in our legitimate interest in keeping the game working.
Firebase Remote Config
What: a Firebase installation identifier, the app version, and your device's language and country.
Why: to change game numbers (such as prices and rewards) without an app update.
Google AdMob (reward videos)
A video plays only when you choose to watch one for a reward. To show and measure the video and to prevent fraud, AdMob collects your advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with the ad. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it follows your consent choices (for example whether ads may be personalised). Ads are limited to content rated for teens. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Google User Messaging Platform
Shows the consent form where it is required and saves your choices on your phone.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. The information above is processed by Google as our service provider (Firebase) and, for reward videos, under Google's own advertising terms (AdMob). We do not share it with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Crash reports are kept by Firebase for 90 days. Analytics information linked to an app instance is kept for 2 months (Google Analytics' standard setting), after which only totals remain. The Firebase installation identifier is deleted when you uninstall the game.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
- Consent: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, change your answer in Options › Privacy choices.
- Advertising identifier: your phone's privacy settings let you reset, delete or limit it.
- Everything on your phone: uninstall the game.
- Questions or requests about your information (access, correction, deletion): email us at the address below. The information is not linked to your name, so tell us roughly when you played and on which device.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
